Which locations do you deliver to?
Our shipping service is currently limited to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery at the moment.
Is there a shipping fee?
No. Every order placed in the United Kingdom ships at no extra cost.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
We usually prepare and hand off orders to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. After that, most deliveries reach customers within 3–7 business days, meaning your total delivery time is typically between 4–10 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.
How do I follow the progress of my shipment?
As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will send you an email containing a tracking code. Enter that code on the carrier's tracking page to monitor your delivery.
What is your policy on returns?
Items can be sent back within 30 days of receiving your package. Returned products must be unused and unworn, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase included. Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How long does a refund take?
After your return arrives and is inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we generally issue refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method.
